    Kelly brings 17 years of partnership and marketing experience from leading brands such as American Express, Ferrari, and Resy. Her expertise spans complex partnership negotiations, product management, and innovative marketing strategies.

    She started her career in marketing, developing high-touch customer recognition campaigns for Ferrari and American Express. She created and owned innovative customer engagement strategies with integrated PR, social, and influencer support, including a private concert series with Elton John and a Women in Art series to elevate female creators.

    At American Express, she managed major co-brand relationships and led negotiations with industry leaders such as Marriott, Delta, Emirates, and British Airways. Her strategic vision helped guide the transition from Starwood to Marriott, including helping manage the RFP process and contract negotiations. She also managed the Consumer Marriott Co-Brand portfolio through a time of immense change, including portfolio refreshes and new product launches.

    At Resy, Kelly helped launch Centurion New York, American Express's first out-of-airport lounge. She also led complex cross-functional efforts to stop dining abuse and reservation scalping, which led to New York passing the Restaurant Reservation Anti-Piracy Act—first-of-its-kind legislation to protect restaurants and consumers from predatory activity.

    Kelly sits on the Board of Directors for The Graves Library and Kennebunk River Club.

    With three decades of experience at leading financial institutions, including American Express, GE Capital, Bank of America, and Merrill Lynch, Andy has developed deep expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment Optimization, capital planning, and economic stress testing.

    His understanding of financial modeling and decision support helps clients demonstrate partnership value and structure profitable deals. Throughout his career, Andy has guided financial institutions through complex strategic initiatives and regulatory changes, ensuring strong financial frameworks to support business growth.

    With nearly half of his career dedicated to the payments industry, Andy has collaborated extensively with senior leadership to shape strategic decisions and drive business growth. He has developed advanced financial models that boosted profitability through enhanced cardmember acquisition, optimized pricing strategies, and strategic capital investments for long-term growth.
